Booking & Policies
Everything worth knowing before you book — timelines, deposits, delivery, and how we care for your installation.
Booking timeline
We recommend reaching out 3–4 weeks before your event, and 6–8 weeks for large installations and peak dates (graduation, prom, and the holidays).
Last-minute requests are welcome and accommodated whenever the calendar and materials allow. A rush fee may apply for events booked within 7 days.
Deposit & payment
A non-refundable retainer secures your date and covers custom materials. The remaining balance is due before installation day.
Your date is not held until the retainer is received. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Need to move your date? Let us know as soon as possible and we will transfer your retainer to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.
Custom orders require advance notice and are subject to availability. All custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Delivery, setup & pickup
Delivery and setup are available throughout DC, MD & VA. Travel is quoted based on distance and venue access.
Please confirm venue access time with us in advance. If the space is not ready at the agreed access time, setup may be shortened or a wait fee may apply.
Some installations include a teardown and pickup option. Let us know if your venue requires same-night removal.
Balloon care & longevity
Indoor installations typically look their best for several days to a week. Outdoor installations are weather-dependent — direct sun, heat, and wind shorten balloon life, and we cannot guarantee outdoor longevity.
Keep balloons away from heat sources, sharp surfaces, and rough textures. Balloons are a choking hazard for small children — please supervise.
$200 event credit
The $200 credit applies to new bookings with a decor investment of $1,000 or more. One credit per event; it cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively.
